Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Architects and client stakeholders to understand business processes.
- Gather business and technical requirements, document solution decisions, and produce technical documentation.
- Translate business processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
- Configure Adobe Workfront object structures, user access, permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and governance settings.
- Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, package deployments, go-live activities, and post-launch hypercare.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to learn supporting technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, marketing operations, and consultancy-led technology implementation.
- Understanding of how collaborative work management platforms support marketing operations and content supply chain processes.
