Responsibilities
- Design multimodal video GenAI production workflows using tool chaining, fine-tuning, control techniques, and agentic workflow design.
- Create AI generation policies, guardrails, creation prompts, validation prompts, LLM-as-judge prompts, and agentic role prompts.
- Develop and refine prompts and instructions to produce high-quality, relevant, consistent content aligned with brand style.
- Solve consistency and directability problems using sketch-based inputs, motion transfer, UI/UX widgets, and other production engineering techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and creative teams to bring AI capabilities into the production pipeline.
- Apply Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- Stay current with AI creative tools, best practices, and licensing policies.
Requirements
- Experience designing AI workflows in ComfyUI.
- Experience designing agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agent Builder, A2A, MCP, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with AI-based content creation tools.
- Understanding of content production principles and workflows, ideally including filmmaking, animation, VFX, or serialized short-form entertainment.
- Production engineering experience in VFX or animation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, collaboration, communication, and openness to feedback.
