Base Salary

$280k - $400k/yr

Responsibilities

Build production applications with Claude models within customer systems.
Deliver technical artifacts like MCP servers and agent skills for production workflows.
Provide deployment support for Anthropic products in regulated environments.
Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns for product improvement.
Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product development stacks.
Build long-term customer relationships and identify new AI deployment opportunities.
Travel frequently to customer sites for in-person collaboration.
Champion Anthropic’s mission in the field.

4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
Production experience with LLMs and advanced prompt engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with production applications.
Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations.
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration.
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems.
Strong communication skills for customer discovery and technical concepts.
Background in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise verticals is a plus.
Experience with enterprise IT systems and AI deployment patterns is a plus.
Experience working as an FDE or in a professional services context is a plus.
