Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with enterprise clients to map business challenges to Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions.
- Design and deliver scenario-based demonstrations for Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions involving autonomous agents and AI automation pipelines.
- Prepare technically accurate RFP/RFI responses, proposals, bids, and solution documents.
- Collaborate with sales on opportunity qualification, account strategies, and deal closure.
- Provide implementation effort and complexity estimates.
- Conduct AI readiness assessments and identify, prioritize, and document AI automation and Copilot use cases.
- Translate AI capabilities into business-value narratives, ROI materials, and adoption strategies.
- Design and deliver Copilot adoption programs, training, champion programs, and adoption campaigns.
- Develop adoption metrics and track post-deployment utilization and engagement.
- Support client change management related to AI tool adoption.
- Create presales and enablement content, including solution briefs, capability decks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, use case libraries, and video walkthroughs.
- Build and maintain reusable demonstration environments.
- Contribute to blogs, case studies, event presentations, and technically accurate marketing materials.
- Coach junior presales and sales team members on Microsoft AI and Copilot positioning.
- Maintain alignment with Microsoft account teams and leverage partner programs, co-sell opportunities, and technical resources.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Demonstrable experience in Copilot 365 presales or implementation, including proof-of-concept delivery and client-facing workshops.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI use-case consulting engagements from discovery through business-case development.
- Experience designing or contributing to end-user adoption programs for enterprise software or AI tools.
- Deep proficiency across Microsoft 365 and Copilot features, including M365 Chat, Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Loop.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
- Practical experience with agentic AI and autonomous-agent frameworks, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry agents, and Power Automate AI flows, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Document Intelligence.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint governance, and data residency and compliance considerations for Copilot deployments.
- Ability to design AI automation workflows and explain orchestrator-agent, multi-agent, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to present confidently to senior executives and technical teams and translate AI complexity into business value.
- Relevant AI literacy certifications such as Microsoft AI-900 or Azure AI Fundamentals are preferred.
- Microsoft sales or presales accreditations, including Copilot for Microsoft 365 or Biz Apps, are preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models, including E3/E5, Copilot add-on SKUs, and Frontline Worker, is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in Jordan.
