Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship polished, intuitive frontend web interfaces.
- Improve high-visibility surfaces including agent chat threads, artifact editing, and message composition.
- Partner with design to prototype, architect, and implement novel AI collaboration interfaces.
- Solve problems involving architecture, state management, animation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with capabilities and research teams to incorporate new research into production experiences.
- Design reusable libraries and SDKs that support other product teams and maintain product quality.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, and CSS.
- Exceptional attention to aesthetics, performance, and code quality.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
- Strong product sensibilities and ability to reason about and articulate product decisions.
- Customer-focused approach to building user-facing experiences.
