Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present, demonstrate, and support the selling of Esri software and solutions as part of an account team.
- Build relationships with technical enterprise decision-makers and lead technical meetings that support revenue generation.
- Serve as a technical leader for Esri technology and an AEC and environmental consulting subject matter expert.
- Understand customer business structures, workflows, third-party systems, and integration points to develop complex solutions.
- Craft and propose solutions that demonstrate GIS business value and define strategies aligned with strategic customer needs.
- Provide configuration guidance, best practices, presentations, and executive or conference engagements.
- Coach new team members on technical and consulting best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration.
- At least 3 years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries.
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge from an IT perspective, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in technical consulting, conceptual solution design, troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system architecture, and integrating software with business systems.
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and environments, including Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, listening, and customer engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, Azure or AWS experience, Autodesk experience, real-time data integration, mobile and IoT strategies, advanced analytics and data science, imagery, 3D geospatial expertise, and AEC or commercial business strategy knowledge.
