Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, primarily within Customer Service Management and MCO.
- Research, plan, and deliver solutions aligned with the ServiceNow roadmap.
- Establish and manage ServiceNow system integrations and automations.
- Design and configure forms, workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and formatters.
- Perform discovery and fact-finding for complex business problems and independently execute assignments.
- Research and apply ServiceNow hotfixes, patches, and upgrades while validating configurations and customizations.
- Evaluate alternative technical solutions and implement the best option.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a key technical resource designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- In-depth understanding of Enterprise Service Management processes.
- In-depth knowledge of UI design, strong UI programming skills, and experience with Service Portal configuration and reporting and analytics.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP technologies.
- Proficiency integrating disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs and scripted web services.
