Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects to build collaborative platform features.
- Design and build high-quality, reusable APIs and UI components.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor engineers.
- Contribute to Vanta's engineering culture and technical direction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience with strong fullstack capabilities.
- Proven experience building user-facing features and platform services.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern web technologies.
- Technical leadership experience in leading projects and mentoring engineers.
- Experience building for developer customers.
- On-call and production operations experience.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Interest in learning about security and compliance.
