Responsibilities
- Develop novel metrics and sampling techniques for ML model evaluation.
- Employ simulation strategies to assess driving performance of AI models.
- Build data pipelines for data processing and metric computation.
- Conduct data analysis to identify regressions in ML models.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams on ML model development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in quantitative software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ programming languages.
- Experience with software design principles and coding best practices.
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals and experience evaluating ML model quality.
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative findings into production tools.
