Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production features that use large language models.
- Implement and integrate LLMs including prompting and evaluation.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions and keep work unblocked.
- Collaborate with product and design to refine ideas and iterate quickly.
- Work with other engineering teams to integrate with existing systems.
- Write clear, reliable, well-tested code that ships quickly.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production products.
- Hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered features.
- Strong engineering skills in services, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience in team execution, including sprints and cross-functional coordination.
- A bias to action, with a focus on iteration and learning.
- Clear communication skills to work effectively with product and design teams.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React or comparable technologies.
