Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts.
- Perform manual testing, including test case design, black-box testing, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, report, track, and monitor defects using a defect tracking system.
- Prepare and review test documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with project teams on daily testing activities and participate in client sprint demo meetings.
- Communicate test progress, results, and quality risks internally and directly to clients.
- Address testing-quality issues and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Be a fourth-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have less than one year of experience and a GPA of 7.5 or higher; academic transcripts must be submitted with the CV.
- Have upper-intermediate or higher written and verbal English proficiency.
- Demonstrate solid manual testing skills, including test case design, black-box testing, exploratory testing, and defect reporting.
- Have good programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another relevant language.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, and JUnit is a plus.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
- At least three months of internship experience in software testing, automation testing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, including responsible use and clear contextual prompting, is desirable.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, self-learning ability, proactive working habits, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
