Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure and operationalize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management for demand intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, governance, investment lifecycle visibility, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Configure ServiceNow Financial Management for lifecycle cost visibility, budget planning and tracking, cost allocation, reporting, variance tracking, and accrual tracking.
- Design data models, workflows, roles, permissions, access controls, naming conventions, and version-control standards supporting investment and governance processes.
- Build integrated governance, financial, and portfolio performance dashboards and reporting, including integrations with Power BI.
- Implement AI-enabled decision-support capabilities for demand analysis, investment prioritization, portfolio insights, value realization, governance decisions, and financial forecasting.
- Maintain a coordinated enterprise ServiceNow operating environment with unified backlog management and governance workflows across CIOO stakeholders.
- Collaborate with FDIC stakeholders and existing ServiceNow contractors to expand adoption, support user acceptance testing, and promote long-term operational self-sufficiency.
- Provide documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and support for operational adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management and/or IT Financial Management modules.
- Experience with data modeling, workflow design, and configuration of governance-oriented roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow data with business intelligence and analytics tools and developing dashboards and automated reporting.
- Experience designing for client self-sufficiency through documentation, user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, SPM/ITBM Implementation Specialist, or IT Financial Management Implementation Specialist are preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors in a shared or enterprise ServiceNow environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and their integration into governance, portfolio, and financial workflows is preferred.
- Experience supporting a federal agency, financial institution, or financial regulatory organization is preferred.
- Experience in complex governance, portfolio management, or technology modernization environments is preferred.
Benefits
- Full-time employment with a stated annual pay range of $144,381.00–$245,448.00; final pay considers experience, skills, certifications, location, education, and contract provisions.
