Base Salary

$216k - $270k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and own foundational platform systems for scalable data generation and evaluation.
Architect extensible, production-grade services for frontier AI workflows.
Build and operate distributed systems with guarantees around correctness and reliability.
Integrate with public LLM APIs and design resilient abstractions.
Design and maintain data transformation and processing systems.
Collaborate with infrastructure, product, and customer-facing teams.
Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives and author a technical roadmap.
Apply strong engineering judgment in ambiguous problem spaces.
Raise the quality bar through system design reviews and mentorship.

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong background in building and operating large-scale, production-grade platforms.
Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Proven ability to lead multi-quarter technical initiatives.
Experience integrating with public LLM APIs is preferred.
Experience building or operating data processing systems is preferred.
