Responsibilities
- Work on site with client teams to understand technical, business, and process problems and their constraints.
- Assess where AI agents can create measurable value and agree on success metrics with clients.
- Design and build end-to-end agentic workflows, LLM-based applications, system integrations, and experiments.
- Take solutions from proof of concept into production use and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Document solutions, train users and maintainers, and support client adoption and handover.
- Demonstrate AI-agent and AI-tool development practices to client teams.
- Capture reusable solutions and learning for future engagements.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience designing, building, and evaluating systems with AI agents and using coding agents.
- Proven track record of delivering AI-agent solutions that produced measurable real-world impact beyond proof of concept.
- Senior-level, broad engineering experience with exposure to application development, data, and infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently as a one-person delivery team while collaborating with architects and project managers.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including explaining technical results and limitations in plain language and teaching others.
- Ability to adapt across client environments, domains, engagements, and simultaneous topics.
- Availability to work regularly at client sites and travel outside Budapest when needed.
- Fluent English required; fluent Hungarian and German are a plus.
- Data science or machine learning background, including model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation, is a plus.
- Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Google ADK, LangGraph, consulting, or prior forward-deployed experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Client engagements typically last one to three months and involve regular on-site work, with travel outside Budapest when required.
