Base Salary
$160k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing discovery, pilot, and demo engagements as the primary technical voice for prospects and customers.
- Partner onsite with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover developer needs and shape practical technical solutions.
- Configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations and generate API scripts as needed.
- Keep customer projects organized and on track through disciplined execution and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to incorporate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bring customer-facing technical leadership experience and enough full-stack depth to work with web applications, integrations, and API scripts.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead onsite conversations, gather requirements, shape technical approaches, and deliver measurable customer impact.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical audiences.
- Plan, execute, and follow through on customer projects while balancing technical tradeoffs and customer needs.
- Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer and familiarity with HR technology, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, or API-first systems are preferred.
