Base Salary
$160k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing discovery, pilot, demo, evaluation, and adoption engagements.
- Serve as the primary technical presence and voice for prospects and customers.
- Partner on-site with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover needs and shape solutions.
- Configure and debug web applications and integrations and generate API scripts as needed.
- Plan and execute customer projects, provide proactive updates, and keep engagements on track.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to communicate customer needs.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical leadership experience with sufficient full-stack depth to configure and debug web applications and integrations.
- Ability to lead onsite conversations, gather requirements, shape technical approaches, and deliver measurable customer impact.
- Strong communication skills for both engineering and non-technical audiences.
- Organized, disciplined project execution and follow-through.
- Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer and familiarity with HR technology, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first, or integration-heavy systems are preferred.

- Base salary of $160,000–$185,000, plus a target 10% annual bonus and equity in the form of stock options.
