Responsibilities
- Define technical solutions and mobile architectures for iOS or Android applications.
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and delivery of high-quality native mobile applications.
- Guide engineering teams and promote mobile development best practices.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and lead technical discussions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI Designers, and stakeholders on mobile strategy and delivery.
- Address application performance, scalability, security, and third-party integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of mobile application development experience.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Mobile Developer, or Senior Mobile Engineer.
- Strong Android development experience with Kotlin or iOS development experience with Swift.
- Proven experience developing, maintaining, and deploying native Android or iOS applications.
- Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular architectures, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, English proficiency, and experience mentoring developers.
- Preferred experience with React Native, Flutter, AWS, AI-powered applications, Generative AI, AI Agents, and banking, financial services, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
