Responsibilities
- Partner with ops leaders to scope and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent configurations.
- Break down silos and collaborate across functions to find solutions.
- Deploy, test, and iterate on built solutions, defining success metrics.
- Evaluate agent output quality and drive improvement cycles.
- Define best practices for AI tooling within the ops division.
- Stay updated on tooling landscape and introduce new approaches.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a technical or operations role with experience in workflow automations.
- Direct experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent configuration is a plus.
- Ability to ship production-grade automations and demonstrate past work.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Preferred experience in fintech or SaaS operations.
