Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, prioritize high-value automation opportunities, and own initiatives from discovery through production.
- Design, build, test, and deploy production automations using n8n and custom code.
- Build AI-powered automations and production-grade AI agents using models and platforms from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers.
- Build and test PostgreSQL data pipelines, validate data integrity, and maintain automation architecture across development, staging, and production.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Monitor workflow performance, reliability, throughput, cost, and business outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotation, respond to production incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
- Research automation platforms, AI capabilities, integration patterns, and tools, and support internal audit reviews for security, data, quality, and compliance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
- At least 3 years of professional Python experience.
- Experience building and testing REST APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining browser automation and web scraping scripts.
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Experience building production-grade AI agents across multiple frameworks and model providers.
- Hands-on experience building MCP servers and tool integrations.
- Professional experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience using Datadog for logging, analytics, and observability, and PagerDuty for alerting and incident response.
- Experience managing multi-step projects with changing priorities, along with strong organizational, process management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce or other CRM integrations, Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools, identity and access management, and GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance requirements.
- Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in process automation or with RPA platforms and must be based in India.
