Responsibilities
- Ship enterprise-grade capabilities for Codex, including analytics, compliance logging, and permissioning.
- Design and build full-stack services and APIs for Codex across various platforms.
- Integrate with enterprise identity and governance systems for secure data access.
- Collaborate with GTM teams and enterprises to understand developer workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with product, research, design, and customer teams to ensure quality.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience in production systems.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience building developer tools or execution environments for large enterprises.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise foundations like SAML, SCIM, and RBAC.
- Experience working directly with customers in engineering roles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make technical trade-offs.
