Responsibilities
- Drive GenAI-powered transformation projects and help clients adopt AI-assisted software development.
- Work directly with clients to understand needs, build trust, explain technical decisions, and turn ideas into working software.
- Build and evolve frontend and backend systems using a hands-on approach.
- Set technical direction for the team and support the growth of junior developers.
- Promote the use of GenAI across planning, development, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute across requirements, architecture, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Travel and work on-site at client locations when required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building web applications with modern JavaScript and technologies such as React, Node.js, Vue, or Angular.
- At least 3 years of experience leading development teams with a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude and strong curiosity about AI-assisted software development.
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and explain technical decisions clearly.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations.
- Candidates must currently hold EU citizenship and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.
