Responsibilities
- Own products and services end-to-end from requirements through deployment in production systems.
- Solve complex technical problems and contribute to architecture and technical direction.
- Develop software hands-on and collaborate in small, autonomous teams using practices including pair and mob programming.
- Take full operational responsibility for owned services and potentially participate in an on-call rotation.
- Share knowledge, mentor engineers, and help evolve team practices and culture.
Requirements
- Multiple experiences with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Java.
- Experience designing and building scalable products and services.
- Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and working proficiency in English.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, results-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
