Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy code for prototypes and new product features.
- Design, develop, and implement prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners on technical challenges, solution design, AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Communicate progress and technical concepts to stakeholders and peers.
- Experiment with modern tools, frameworks, and technologies while adapting to changing requirements and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience for Senior level or 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience for Staff level.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with React or Angular and/or Node.js or Springboot.
- Understanding of SQL or NoSQL database technologies.
- Ability to leverage agentic coding workflows, MCP, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and independently unblock execution.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning principles or projects is desired.
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure and distributed systems is desired.
- Experience with remote or globally distributed teams and contributions to open source or technology communities are desired.
