Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development from concept to release of device software.
- Drive technical decisions ensuring stability and performance in embedded environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless solutions.
- Set high technical standards through architecture design and code reviews.
- Translate product requirements into impactful technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across device layers.
- Mentor and coach engineers to foster a culture of learning.
Requirements
- Experience in software development, particularly in embedded systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching engineering teams.
- Familiarity with security and privacy considerations in software development.
