Responsibilities
- Apply NSA and FIPS 140 requirements to cryptography products.
- Collaborate with software and hardware design engineers to implement certification-compliant requirements.
- Produce design and testing documentation validating implementation requirements.
- Support NSA certification and FIPS 140 validation development efforts.
- Interface with internal and external customers about design, implementation, and certification progress.
- Adapt to change, ask clarifying questions, collaborate in joint decisions, and travel up to 25% as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field.
- Preferred skills include one or more of C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, JEE, HTML5, XML, SQL, Qt, Windows, .NET, Unix, Linux, SOA, RTOS, real-time controls, wireless, software security, robotics, OOA/OOD, Hadoop, Android, or embedded technologies.
