Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for assigned modules across multiple business processes.
- Facilitate application solution design under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Review developed code, resolve technical queries, and create consistent replication patterns.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot recurring technical issues.
- Modify software code to resolve errors, improve performance, adapt to hardware and software changes, and upgrade interfaces.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, integrate applications, and address deployment dependencies.
- Prepare user-training documents and supporting frameworks for application adoption.
Requirements
- Mandatory expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing application solutions, reviewing code, troubleshooting, and supporting implementation.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and internal and external stakeholders across the software development lifecycle.
