Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and develop ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Ensure application quality and reliability through testing and validation.
- Document application designs and configurations for maintenance and future enhancements.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and contribute independently as an SME.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage is required.
- Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage and experience designing and developing ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
