Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, including customization for workflows and legacy systems.
- Build robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize it with AI services.
- Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels across telephony networks for reliable patient engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical execution.
- Design, build, and scale production-grade systems across APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments.
- Experience working across the stack, including APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Experience handling sensitive data with a security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance requirements and data protocols.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts and translating ambiguous partner needs into requirements.
- Preferred: deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, disparate-system integrations, and third-party integrations.
- Preferred: practical experience or strong interest in Large Language Models and operationalizing them in production.
