Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop governed low-code applications, workflow components, forms, work queues, business rules, notifications, and operational dashboards.
- Model end-to-end workflows covering intake, validation, routing, assignment, approvals, exceptions, escalation, completion, and closure.
- Design reusable ontology objects, properties, relationships, actions, and lifecycle states for Wealth business concepts.
- Develop Python transformations, validations, enrichments, rules, automation, test utilities, and supporting services.
- Integrate solutions with .NET/C# services, SQL Server, Azure PaaS, APIs, messaging, SFTP, vendor platforms, and enterprise data sources.
- Implement access controls, entitlements, segregation of duties, data masking, approval authority, audit history, evidence generation, and immutable processing history where required.
- Build reusable workflow and ontology components, automated tests, deployment processes, monitoring, runbooks, and support documentation.
- Partner with product, operations, data owners, risk partners, and subject-matter experts to validate business terminology, rules, processes, sources, and controls.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and complete corrective actions across workflows, ontology, Python, permissions, data, and integrations.
- Lead design and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to low-code, workflow, Python, and ontology governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
- Experience with governed low-code application delivery, workflow and casework, ontology modeling, Python, SQL Server, .NET/C#, Azure, integrations, controls, and security.
- Preferred experience in Wealth, Brokerage, Trust, banking, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
- Preferred experience with Palantir Foundry ontology and application-development capabilities or comparable ontology, knowledge-graph, semantic, or workflow platforms.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform, production Python applications, data pipelines, automation, control frameworks, APIs, messaging, SFTP, and workflow solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft, Python, workflow, data, or platform certification is preferred.
