Responsibilities
- Assist with application development, maintenance, and support.
- Support development, test, and production environments.
- Assist with system configuration, patching, monitoring, routine maintenance, deployments, releases, and environment updates.
- Assist with user access and permissions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide operational ICT support.
- Assist with testing and defect resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ICT security standards while collaborating with senior technical staff and project teams.
Requirements
- Hold or be near completion of a qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Have basic software development, coding, scripting, or application support experience.
- Have some experience supporting ICT systems or technical environments.
- Be familiar with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Understand software development lifecycles and ICT operations.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and the ability to follow security and technical standards.
- Obtain a valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check.
