Responsibilities
- Enhance and augment existing toolsets to meet mission requirements.
- Derive, document, and analyze requirements aligned with mission objectives.
- Build prototypes to demonstrate mission understanding and validate concepts.
- Produce end toolsets that operate within mission constraints.
- Collaborate with customer leadership to build relationships and enable mission success.
Requirements
- Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Have 7–12 years of experience with a B.S. or 10 years of experience with an M.S.; four additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Develop CNO-specific software for Linux, Windows, and embedded applications.
- Demonstrate expert reverse-engineering proficiency, especially with Ghidra.
- Have proficiency producing and modifying software in C, C++, Python, Rust, and Go.
- Have deep experience with vulnerability research and exploit development.
- Know end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems and production CNO capabilities and operations.
- Have familiarity with Git, Subversion, Jira, and Confluence.
- Be willing to learn new technologies and systems; cryptologic development experience is preferred.
- Additional desired programming experience includes Java, JavaScript, Bash, x86 and x64 Assembly, PowerShell, Perl, and C#.
