Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support implementation and support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeping.
- Configure UKG Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, and display profiles.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, manual testing, and test automation for the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Build custom reports using BIRT and support CRT tables and integrations when required.
- Mentor junior team members and manage assigned tasks through completion.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with 5–7 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain.
- At least 2 years of experience with Pro WFM.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in timekeeping and absence management.
- Delivery experience in implementation or support projects as a lead or individual contributor.
- Knowledge of business structure setup, labor category setup, tiles setup, and display profiles setup in Pro WFM.
- Knowledge of data views setup and, preferably, CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM.
- Knowledge of other UKG modules, including Leave, Attendance, and Devices, is preferred.
- Practical experience with Boomi and knowledge of custom BIRT reporting are preferred.
- SQL Reporting and Boomi certification are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, creative problem-solving, customer-facing, and task-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
