Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and operate large-scale web applications for beauty and wellness businesses.
- Build new AI features for GlossGenius customers.
- Develop and define microservice-based infrastructure.
- Build internal tools and solutions that improve team speed, effectiveness, confidence, and customer value.
- Work on payment, revenue-growth, and business team-management experiences.
- Develop intuitive frontend experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Improve backend performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience building with AI/ML APIs or LLMs and shipping a meaningful production or side-project implementation.
- Ability to analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
- Strong collaboration skills and team spirit.
- Desire to move quickly, make a significant impact, take ownership, and contribute new ideas.
