Responsibilities

  • Lead and act as Solution Architect for full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Translate complex business requirements and processes into NetSuite technical designs across discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis, develop wireframes and schematic diagrams, and support business process discovery.
  • Lead project planning, work breakdown structure creation, change control, and other project management activities.
  • Collaborate with the in-house development team on custom solutions and produce comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
  • Serve as the highest-level escalation point for functional issues within delivery teams and act as a trusted client advocate.
  • Develop and maintain NetSuite product expertise, contribute to internal education initiatives, and mentor junior consultants and staff.
  • Travel and work occasional nights or weekends when required by client engagements or project deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience or specialized industry/product-vertical experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA in business, finance, accounting, software, or a relevant field.
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, advisory services, and relevant industry experience.
  • Experience leading as a Solution Architect across small through enterprise implementations and multiple ERP platforms.
  • At least 10–15 or more end-to-end NetSuite implementations with hands-on technical and functional NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
  • NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation are highly preferred.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk and with designing end-to-end solutions using these capabilities.
  • Preferred experience with Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, and SuiteCommerce Advanced.
