Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards for stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as an Enterprise Architecture subject matter expert and provide strategic advisory support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Drive enterprise-wide architectural strategy, consensus, and decisions across multiple teams and systems.
- Evaluate, adopt, integrate, and optimize emerging technologies, AI-native stacks, and cloud platforms.
- Design knowledge base systems and integrate them into enterprise solutions.
- Drive AI-led SDLC practices and AI-based solutioning to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of professional experience is required; the posting also specifies a minimum of 15 years in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture Strategy and scalable, business-aligned software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems, develop strategic architectural solutions, and collaborate across teams.
- Experience optimizing system performance and maintaining software components.
- Hands-on programming expertise in two to three languages, such as Java, Python, and C#.
- Experience with AI-native development using one or more large language models and AI-native stacks.
- Experience with knowledge base systems and their integration into enterprise solutions.
- Experience with AI-led SDLC and AI-driven solutioning.
- Expertise architecting, integrating, and optimizing enterprise solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform in multi-cloud environments.
