Base Salary
$108k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
- Create custom workflows and build service requests aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop views and reports and implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
- Monitor application health, usage, and compliance and recommend ServiceNow enhancements.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least seven years of SE experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- At least two years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, with five additional years of SE experience permitted as a substitute.
- Development experience with JavaScript or another high-level programming language.
- Familiarity with web-based user interfaces including HTML, XML, and CSS.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M and at least IAM Level I certification, including CAP, GSLC, or Security+ credentials.
- Experience troubleshooting Linux/UNIX systems is desired.
- Experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow instances and upgrading core ServiceNow applications is desired.
- Java development, process-efficiency improvement, and ServiceNow certifications are desired.
