Base Salary

$108k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
  • Create custom workflows and build service requests aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Develop views and reports and implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
  • Monitor application health, usage, and compliance and recommend ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of SE experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • At least two years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, with five additional years of SE experience permitted as a substitute.
  • Development experience with JavaScript or another high-level programming language.
  • Familiarity with web-based user interfaces including HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M and at least IAM Level I certification, including CAP, GSLC, or Security+ credentials.
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux/UNIX systems is desired.
  • Experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow instances and upgrading core ServiceNow applications is desired.
  • Java development, process-efficiency improvement, and ServiceNow certifications are desired.
