Responsibilities
- Work on technical projects with the eCommerce team.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with team members on assigned tasks.
- Deliver assigned stories, spikes, and defect work.
- Assist with documentation and testing.
- Create documentation for tools, scripts, and process updates.
- Learn team tools and support small tasks across integration projects.
- Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and internship activities.
- Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar major.
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
- Ability to read and write business requirements.
- Experience with a programming language such as Java or C++.
- Understanding of core computer science concepts and data structures.
- Understanding of relational database design and theory.
- Web development experience.
- Experience or exposure with a UI JavaScript framework such as React.
- Experience or exposure with JEE development using frameworks such as Spring.
- Understanding of CI/CD cycles, Agile methodology, and common design approaches such as client/server and SOA.
