Responsibilities
- Build responsive and accessible landing, campaign, and partner or influencer pages from designs.
- Design, build, launch, instrument, and analyze A/B tests while sharing experiment learnings.
- Create scalable, templatized systems for rapidly launching consistent pages.
- Maintain analytics and advertising integrations and ensure event data is accurate and privacy-compliant.
- Optimize conversion across promotions, email capture, calls to action, messaging, and page performance.
- Maintain SEO and accessibility through metadata, sitemaps, structured data, page speed, and accessible components.
- Build localized pages and experiments for supported regions and languages.
- Use AI tools to prototype, automate repetitive work, debug, and ship code faster.
Requirements
- Must have built and shipped real web projects through a live site, portfolio project, open-source work, or meaningful internship.
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript is required; Next.js experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to design experiments, formulate hypotheses, consider sample size and statistical significance, and evaluate results.
- Curiosity about analytics, funnels, cohorts, and event tracking; Amplitude, GA4, or Google Tag Manager experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA work independently.
- Understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and user privacy.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in an engineering workflow.
- English fluency, recent graduation within the last 12 months or upcoming graduation, and a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Legal authorization to work in the EU and willingness to work from Milan.
- Preferred qualifications include hackathon, side-project, student organization, growth, marketing, ecommerce, SEO/AEO, structured data, internationalization, localization, Tailwind CSS, design-system, Figma-to-code, headless CMS, server-side conversion tracking, or media-heavy site experience.
