Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk assessment, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business and user needs.
- Monitor and control application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide user and operational support, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend programming solutions.
- Develop security measures and perform post-implementation analysis of business usage and system functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and assist with customer-facing system exposure and implementation.
- Define operating standards and processes and advise or coach junior analysts.
- Perform Openlink development using Java, JVS, and OpenComponent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Openlink development.
- Experience with Openlink modules and hands-on JVS and OpenComponent design.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
