Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and bring production-ready AI models, agents, assistants, and reusable skills to Armis and its customers.
  • Rapidly turn ideas into MVPs and partner with engineering to harden them into reliable production systems.
  • Define evaluation criteria, build test sets and metrics, and measure solution quality, safety, and reliability before and after deployment.
  • Compose secure agentic workflows using secure harnesses, isolation, guardrails, and controls.
  • Select and integrate appropriate frameworks, tools, and models, and develop reusable patterns and best practices for the AI Center of Excellence.
  • Support the COE Consult team across the organization.
  • Document how solutions are built, used, operated, and evaluated.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI agents, assistants, copilots, or skills that were used in practice.
  • Deep hands-on familiarity with modern agent frameworks and developer tooling, including leading provider SDKs and the SKILL.md skills standard.
  • Strong evaluation discipline, including defining metrics and measuring quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience integrating APIs, tools, cloud services, and containerized systems.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in security or building AI for security use cases is preferred.
