Responsibilities

Design and build workflow-based solutions in Camunda.
Translate business requirements into clear process logic and automate connections between systems and services.
Model BPMN processes and DMN decisions across the end-to-end process lifecycle.
Implement REST integrations, job workers, error handling, versioning, and deployment governance.
Design scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions for distributed systems.
Work in a Scrum team with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Create useful documentation, improve automation approaches, and share best practices to help others grow.

Experience with process modeling or workflow design, with BPMN or similar concepts preferred.
Experience with Camunda 8 and BPMN 2.0 is advantageous.
Ability to model processes and decisions clearly and translate complex problems into structured logic.
Experience with API integrations, system communication, and multiple interconnected systems.
Understanding of asynchronous or background processing, data persistence, and system behavior at scale.
Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive solutions to completion.
Focus on reliable and stable solutions, including error handling, versioning, and deployments.
