Base Salary
$113k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software tools and products to analyze and assess the performance of C2BMC systems.
- Conduct in-depth system performance analysis and support optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and system architects on a high-profile defense contract.
- Apply statistical distributions, hypothesis testing, model validation, inferential statistics, confidence-interval estimation, and goodness-of-fit analysis.
- Perform systems engineering for DoD information systems and create and brief chart packages for analysis work.
- Lead the software development process and provide technical leadership to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field, plus 5+ years of job-related experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Experience with Java, C++, Python, database management, networking, or data communications.
- Experience producing analysis or assessment tooling and products, preferably using Java and Python.
- Experience with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, HTCondor, or GitLab is desired.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for access to classified information are required.
- Experience with statistical analysis, DoD information systems, software development leadership, and technical standards is preferred.
