Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design, enhance, and support AI digital workers and automation solutions.
- Integrate AI agents with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Intune, and other enterprise systems.
- Build workflow automations using Power Automate.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Python and related technologies.
- Gather Cognitive AI requirements with Service Desk teams and translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
- Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, go-live activities, documentation, knowledge transfer, and user enablement.
- Identify process-improvement and automation opportunities, analyze operational data, and present optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in software development, automation, AI solutions, or enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents or digital workers, Power Automate, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong Python development experience and experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting process-improvement or automation initiatives.
- Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Preferred experience includes SharePoint and Intune integrations, Power Platform, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI services, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Service Management or ITSM environments, process automation, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
