Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agent-based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize Planner-Executor, Tool Calling, Multi-Agent Systems, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Develop scalable AI solutions in Python using strong coding, testing, and version-control practices.
- Integrate and use LLMs and Generative AI frameworks including OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- Implement LLMOps practices covering model evaluation, prompt optimization, experimentation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Implement AI governance and Responsible AI controls including prompt safety, input/output validation, privacy controls, and risk management.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, and internal and external tools.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI applications in AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Use Snowflake for retrieval, grounding, context management, and AI-powered solutions.
- Translate business requirements into AI solutions and measurable KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and deploy RAG solutions and reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical workstreams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience are required.
- Strong experience designing and deploying agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with cloud deployment and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with LLMOps, prompt engineering, agent optimization, AI evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Snowflake.
- Preferred experience in private banking, asset and wealth management, banking, or financial services.
- Preferred experience with RAG and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Preferred experience with Ragas, DeepEval, TruLens, or similar AI evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps platforms, model lifecycle management, model risk management, auditability, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, and modern AI and analytics platforms.
- AWS AI/ML, Generative AI, or Cloud Technology certifications are preferred.
- English language proficiency is preferred; Swedish nationality is preferred.
