Base Salary
$197k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought partner for customers in building applications on OpenAI APIs.
- Provide guidance to maximize business impact and accelerate time to value.
- Experiment and prototype solutions in collaboration with customers.
- Manage relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment.
- Contribute to open-source resources for developers and enterprises.
- Share knowledge and best practices to scale the AI Deployment Engineering function.
- Deliver feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience building or delivering prototypes on API platforms.
- Ability to lead complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Willingness to learn and solve problems end-to-end.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable navigating dynamic environments and ambiguity.
