Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for accounts.
  • Lead technical issue resolution and ensure timely solutions.
  • Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases.
  • Consult with customers on best practices for using Solo.io products.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for customers.
  • Act as the customer's advocate within Solo.io, providing feedback to teams.
  • Collaborate with the account team to manage risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and service mesh.
  • Experience in a post-sales role focused on customer success.
  • Proven ability to manage technical relationships with large customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
