Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for accounts.
- Lead technical issue resolution and ensure timely solutions.
- Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases.
- Consult with customers on best practices for using Solo.io products.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for customers.
- Act as the customer's advocate within Solo.io, providing feedback to teams.
- Collaborate with the account team to manage risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and service mesh.
- Experience in a post-sales role focused on customer success.
- Proven ability to manage technical relationships with large customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
