Base Salary

$145k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop visualization software and location-aware software applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Maintain production systems and resolve issues as required.
  • Provide technical assistance and support over the phone and train end users on frequently asked technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems, or a STEM-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with web design and web front-end development.
  • Demonstrated web design and development experience using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Background building high-availability and high-scalability solutions.
  • Active or current within two years of active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, customer service, and phone skills.
  • Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field, Esri certification, CompTIA Security+ certification, Docker and Kubernetes experience, familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP, monitoring and observability experience, DevSecOps exposure, and Agile or Scrum experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
