Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engage customers and internal teams to explain architecture decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and implementation options.
- Recommend cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps patterns aligned with government security and operational requirements.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build and update hybrid deterministic-agentic AI pipelines using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Fine-tune large language models for instruction-following, code synthesis, and domain-specific adaptation.
- Integrate ASTs and control/data flow graphs to improve model explainability and trust.
- Provide quick-turn MVP examples and guide implementation across AI/ML, data, cloud, DevSecOps, and legacy modernization efforts.
Requirements
- Located in the Indianapolis, Indiana metro area.
- Secret Security clearance.
- Intermediate experience building AI, ML, or data science applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI system design.
- Foundational understanding of fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs using HumanEval, BigCodeBench, and CodeXGlue benchmarks.
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, LangChain, Google ADK, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol for connecting models with APIs, external data sources, and legacy codebases.
- Proficiency in Python, API development, and secure system design.
- Ability to take technical direction, collaborate effectively, and provide rapid MVP examples.
