Base Salary
$78k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Architect, customers, and internal teams to communicate architecture decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and implementation options.
- Recommend cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps patterns aligned with government security and operational requirements.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build and update hybrid deterministic-agentic AI pipelines using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Fine-tune large language models for instruction following, code synthesis, and domain-specific adaptation.
- Integrate abstract syntax trees and control/data flow graphs to improve model explainability and trust.
Requirements
- Located in the Indianapolis, Indiana metropolitan area.
- Active Secret Security clearance.
- Intermediate experience building AI, ML, or data science applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI system design.
- Foundational understanding of LLM fine-tuning and evaluation using HumanEval, BigCodeBench, and CodeXGlue.
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, LangChain, Google ADK, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol for connecting models with APIs, external data sources, and legacy code bases.
- Proficiency in Python, API development, and secure system design.
- Ability to take technical direction and quickly produce minimum viable product examples.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
