Responsibilities
- Own CI/CD pipeline stability for MFT and MFT Enterprise, including reliable builds and deployments.
- Build and baseline Kubernetes-based on-premise deployment environments.
- Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, and AI context files for owned environments.
- Diagnose infrastructure incidents, resolve escalations, write post-mortems, and implement systemic fixes.
- Use AI agents to automate infrastructure scripts, configuration, and operational tasks.
- Define on-premise deployment patterns, environment standards, and infrastructure guardrails with engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues in customer environments in partnership with support teams.
- Enforce infrastructure security practices including secrets management, credential remediation, and least-privilege access.
Requirements
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and YAML.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies including Hyper-V and Docker.
- Experience administering Windows servers and Active Directory.
- Proficiency with Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to documenting findings.
- Experience participating in customer calls and providing customer support.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, information technology, computer science, or mathematics.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with service migrations from on-premises environments to the cloud is advantageous.
- Experience with Linux systems, TCP/IP networking, AWS, Azure, and cybersecurity is preferred or appreciated.
