Responsibilities
- Design and build security automation and orchestration workflows.
- Integrate security and IT systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Develop custom logic and data transformations using Python scripting.
- Decompose manual security processes into reliable automated workflows.
- Collaborate with clients to scope automation requirements and create build plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years in security operations with a comprehensive understanding of SOC functions.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and building security automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SOAR/automation platforms like Tines, Torq, or Cortex XSOAR.
- Proficiency in integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Scripting ability in Python for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of security tooling categories such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems.
