Base Salary
$160k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO and CEO on technical decisions and product direction.
- Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs.
- Implement and refine the in-house Large Language Model and real-time interview technology.
- Lead projects from conception through production deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Interface with users to gather feedback and improve the core product.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade backend systems.
- Strong proficiency with Python and Django, including robust API development.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgres.
- Experience deploying and managing services on AWS.
- Familiarity with WebRTC, real-time data streaming, or AI/ML infrastructure is a plus.
